Welcome to Imagination Station

We are so excited to welcome you to our joyful bilingual world of play, creativity, and connection. Whether you join us for a playgroup, class, workshop, camp, or special event, our goal is to offer every child and family a warm, inspiring, and safe experience.

By booking any service with Imagination Station, you agree to the following policies.

Kindness & Respect

We believe in creating a nurturing space where all children and families feel safe and welcome. Everyone is expected to treat others with kindness, inclusion, and respect.

Respect for Our Venues

Please treat all partner venues and materials with care. Families are responsible for any intentional damage caused by their child.

Safety & Health

By enrolling, you confirm that your child is healthy enough to participate. Please inform us of allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.

Children remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult unless otherwise stated.

Photos & Media

We may occasionally take photos or short videos for promotional purposes. Children are never tagged or identified.

If you prefer your child not to be photographed, please email hi@imaginationstation.ch.

Photos shared in private WhatsApp groups are for personal use only.

Insurance & Liability

Child insurance is the sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians.
Imagination Station is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Data Protection

Personal data is used only for administrative and organizational purposes in accordance with Swiss data protection law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Payments
  • Full payment is required to confirm any booking.

  • Unpaid bookings are not considered confirmed.

  • Imagination Station may cancel unpaid bookings and release the spot.

Refund, Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
Refunds

All bookings are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Classes

  • Playgroups

  • Workshops

  • Camps

  • Events

  • Packages and single sessions

No refunds are given for illness, travel, schedule conflicts, or change of mind.

Cancellations by Families
  • No refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions.

  • You may transfer your spot to another child for the same session.

  • You must inform us by email at least 2 hours before the session.

No-Shows

Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the session. No refund, credit, or make-up.

Cancellations by Imagination Station

If we cancel a session, families will receive:

  • A make-up session OR

  • A credit for a future activity

Cash refunds are not issued.

Minimum Enrollment

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled if minimum enrollment is not reached.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival does not extend class time and does not qualify for refund or credit.

Parties & Private Events – Cancellation Policy
  • More than 14 days before event: 50% retained

  • 7–14 days before event: 75% retained

  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% due

Full payment required at least 7 days before event.

Arrival & Departure

Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class.
Please depart within 10 minutes after class.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by Swiss law.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies.
